how do i get out of cortana and double tap setting

I have double tap settings on along with narrator and i am having a very hard time unlocking phone and disabling double tap setting need help

From my understanding you are looking to turn off narrator? If so, you would want to hold in the Volume Up button and press the Windows Button, this should disable narrator.
