Well, there was a proxy trick thar allow You to install apps from others manufacturers, but I'm not sure,if it's still working but if you're just looking for a clock tile, there's some apps in the store

Actually after 8.1 update, back in April, Microsoft has destroyed the proxy tricking and there's no trick that you can do currently.
