Why is my phone dating to three months prior after a soft reset?

Soft Reset Changes phone date and time

At times when I do a soft reset, the date and time gets set to about 3 months earlier than the current date. I'm not sure why that happens. As a result of this my notifications stop and many apps don't work properly. Then I then have to set the date and time manually. Anyone else has faced this issue ?

I have formatted my phone using The NSR tool but the problem still persists. I have had this problem on both WP 8.1 as well as WP8.1 Update 1

Same problem here!!! May be related to carrier!!!!

Same with me, it's always been this way since getting the phone.
