Do you trust the support on MS products?

Why do get the feeling MS is not interested in its mobile phones as seen for the lack of support on apps, MS own apps better supported on iOS/Android. The lack of advertising and push for Windows phone! But also dropping Kinnect, Surface previous to 3 getting lack of support and not continued now. No real customer service on products. Very slow on updates esp on phones. No real push on its products...Is it me or are you also getting the feeling that MS products will not really ever be supported fully and gradually get killed off a lot quicker then usual?
