Can anyone help with a proximity sensor and keyboard problem I am having on my Lumia 620?

Hi guys i have a Lumia 620 with Cyan and update 1, everything was working fine until the recent extras and info update the proximity sensor is not working right as the phone wont go blank when i put to my ear during a call, glance (peek) wont show up when i wave my hand and also the keyboard is not that responsive anymore some keys wont work and i have to restart the app im using and it might work.

Tried a hard reset but the problem still came back after the system apps updates, extras and info also keeps showing Lumia Denim while i'm on Cyan. Anyone with the same problem or know how to make this go away

Sorry to hear about your problem. I guess if you're up for it you could try another hard reset, but this time turn off automatic app updates and see if this resolves the issue. If not, post back. Good luck
