Weird scrolling every time in contact history

Weird problem on my Icon. Whenever going to a contact's history tab, it reloads the entire history and scrolls up from oldest to newest.

This is absolutely painful with contacts where I have years of communications stored (aka The Wife).

I reset my 928 and it *doesn't* do this either, (it didn't before), so before I reset the Icon, has anyone seen something like this? Is there a stray setting I've toggled somewhere?

Contact history as in call history? Or in a specific contact card, the history with that individual contact?

With individuals. It is more pronounced with people with a lot of "history", ie texts, emails, calls, etc.

But if looking for it, I can see it with just about all of them.

I can get a video, though I feel like I should scroll through frame by frame for any incriminating messages

Gah. Even opening a pinned tile, watch history scroooooll by, tap the message open, then hit back and go right back into the history, same thing happens.

Ugh.
