How can I tell what frequencies / bands my phone has?

If it's a Nokia, www.Nokia.com. Also, carriers will usually have a specs page specific to each model they sell. Should be listed there.

The Amazon website should have it. If you know your phone variant (RM-XXX) then you can just look it up on search engines (RM-XXX specifications)
