Can a phone locked by the "Find my phone" feature of Windows Phone be flashed?

I'm talking about a Lumia 920.. which I've been stolen :(

YES - an enterprising thief could ... well never mind.

Find my PHONE only protects the data on the device, while sending out location (as long as it's ON).

However, the blacklist might get you (I mean whoever).

I'm interpreting this as "my phone got stolen, can they use the phone if they flash it". Yes, yes they can. Or if you found your phone, so can you. You should be able to factory reset using nokia tools and/or hard reset. If it is truly stolen and gone, you can the IEMI locked out by the carrier as well, which means they would have an ipod.

Edit; they would not have access to your data, the data would be wiped out.

My phone got stolen and I got time to Lock it using "Find my phone".

That's what I wanted to know:
1.- If they could access my data
2.- If they could flash it to have it "like new"

I already IMEI locked the phone with my carrier, problem is.. the phone was an Unlocked International Version :/

Thank you guys

A ordinary mortal can only gain access to your data when your device is unlocked. Most thieves don't care for the data and sell it as hardware parts or as a whole after a reset.
