Video problems with purchased content on a 920

I've a TV show I purchased from xbox video that wont play on my 920. I see it in the list but on clicking I just get a minimal description with no ability to see episodes our play content. The couple of films on the phone purchased work fine.

I've tried restore purchases, restarting phone, etc and the TV series in question world fine on video on my surface.

Any ideas?
