Cortana outside US (+the other states where its officially available)
Did you know that it's no more possible to use Cortana in Germany, even if you set your language and region settings to English/US? I also set my MS Account to the US, but it doesn't work... Cortana doesn't show up in the app list or in the settings.
I'm not the only one with this problem, some of my friends have it too. I'm not sure but I think this problem exists since the Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 version. I'm using a Lumia 1320 with WP 8.10.14192.280 with Developer Preview and Lumia Cyan.
