When is Denim being sent?

They said Q4, and that they would start towards the end of October..

In the end no matter when MS releases it, we still have to wait another month or so for the Carrier to release it themselves. That's so f....d up!!!!

As usual there is always a delay like any of the other releases. There is no official date given by MS when the update would be rolled out OTA. they have just provided a timeline range. So its kinda hard to tell. Also if you are carrier dependent for the update it might take even longer. Normally the updates are first pushed out to country variant non carrier dependent phones.
