This was important to me as well. ...and no, it does NOT honor Quite Hours. I'm very disappointed. I will be returning it. I don't need to be even more ADD than before.

It does now. I don't know when this was changed/fixed since I just got mine today. Tested with Skype and the Band and a Lumia 830. Works like a charm.

Yes you can set alarms (or tell Cortana to do it!) and they sync to my Lumia.

I use Quiet Hours all the time and routinely have packages I'm tracking. Never get a notification when Quiet Hours is active.
