Could not find files shared via bluetooth

Recently I shared 3 pdf files from my pc .I could not find them on my device only the last one was present in adobe reader rather than any folder in my sd card or internal memory.Is there any way to browse those files in temporary memory(before receiving it was 10mb and after receiving it was 28mb) of Lumia as I shredded those files in my pc and could not recover them.

Yes I lost them.Why cant the os create a folder for files received via Bluetooth in internal storage or sd card

The OS doesn't do it natively, but you can get apps which can help you save/store unsupported files on your Lumia.

After you share an unsupported file using Bluetooth, tap on the notification and then tap on the file.
Then, select Pocket File Manager:

This app will archive the file in its local storage. You can use that file later for whatever you want. (Or move it to SD/Phone storage)

Already downloaded adobe reader while receiving documents.after clicking the tile notification of "done tap to view"only the last file received is shown in list and remaining don't know where are they.

Yes it can do but it can't archive them when more than one file is being received via Bluetooth and only the file received last can be archived.
