Why isn't my Flash player working in News apps(DellVenue 8 Pro)?

Dell Venue 8 Pro - Flash player not working in the News app

In the Chrome and IE the Flash Player works normally while in the News app the Flash Player Not Installed message appears

Is IE and News updated? I think latest IE bundles flash player..
Would suggest to uninstall IE updates, uninstall news, and then update system if all else fails. Finally, reinstall News app

When I open say, BBC in the Chrome or IE any video is being played perfectly. When opening BBC in the News app the message FLASH PLAYER IS NOT INSTALLED appears.
