Why is my map is frozen?

my find my phone map is frozen.

cannot get my map of my phone location to work and show the map etc...

Make sure that you have enabled locating your phone in Settings > find my phone, and that you have entered the correct mobile number in your WindowsPhone.com account.

I done everything you wrote and there is no map for me at all...is this only for USA? Ty

Hmm. No, this is not limited to the USA; it works fine for me in Southeast Asia. As a final check on your mobile number, make sure you have entered the correct country code prefix.

I done that too,but i cant get map on my laptop with Win 8.1 map doesnt open in IE,Chrome,Mozzilla....strange? I even hard reset my phone two days ago...
