Why is my Lumia 735 turning on when I charge it?

Charging Lumia 735 turns the phone on

If i turn off Lumia 735 and start charging, the phone starts up again. If the phone is on and I start charging it, shutting down the phone simply means restart the phone. It looks like I can not charge the phone if the phone is off.

Any known solution for the problem, or is this how it's going to be with Lumia 735?

All WP phones turn on while you change..all

Not specific to the 735, all Lumia's and probably other WP's do the same.

Its the way they are.

Not just Windows Phones. My Android phones and tablets do the same. VERY annoying.
