Why am I getting the error 805a0193 when I try to get into the Windows Store?

Windows Store error 805a0193 and video app crashes on starting..

I have updated my lumia 525 to windows 8.1. Since then the windows store is just not opening , shows the 805a0193 error. I dont use Wifi, just a data connection. Did a phone reset but that too isint helping!!. now after reset the video app too is crashing on start!! Is there a solution for this ?
