Unable to download anything from Windows Store [Windows 8.1]: how do I fix it?

The Windows store, or the Windows Phone store? I just downloaded a couple apps just fine from the Windows Phone store.

I can't wait for Win10 and the stores to become unified into ONE store btw..

its showing error saying you cannot purchase and error ox80070002
