How do I fix 1520 that doesn't ring?

I have a new problem with my 1520
I have a Medal East 1520 and I changed the rom to Finland because the cyan update toke a long time to come
after I changed it it was ok and I installed the preview gdr 2 update and for some reason it doesn't ring any more nor does it vibrate
I tried to change the volume level and the ringtone and it didn't change any thing
whenever someone call me the screen will tern on but it won't ring nor vibrate
I don't know if it is relative to the problem or not but if I have a notification and the screen is facing down it terns on instead of staying off which consumes allot of battery

Have you tried hard reset?

Then Soft/Hard reset might fix that
Soft Power+Volume Down
Hard Power+Volume Up

I really don't want to reset and have to install every thing again
is their any thing else I can try ?

If you got Wi-Fi* you wont have to install anything manually. Just backup all settings,apps and hard reset. To backup go to Settings >Backup -turn on what you want. Reset your phone and during setup procedure it will ask if you want to restore backup. (use the same email address you are using right now)

*I dont know Cellular Data restores backup or not
