how to make a Bing Vision shortcut on phone desktop

currently running the wp8.1 dev preview on the Verizon Lumia 928. when I need to scan a QR code, it's a pain to have to go to the lenses and locate Bing Vision. i'd like to have a shortcut to Bing Vision on the phone's desktop/start screen. anyone know how to get it to show up there? tap-n-hold doesn't bring up options like Pin to Start.

Download a qr scanner app or cut off Cortana. When you press the search button, the original WP8 Bing page will show up with "local scout, Bing vision, and music scanner".
