Experiencing crashing of games when Music is playing

Well now I have this thing with a lot of games. As soon as a track gets over and the Music app plays another song the game crashes. How many of you are experiencing the same. My phone is a Nokia Lumia 525 and I am using a 32gb SanDisk Ultra Class 10 SD card with it and games are stored on it.
