[L630] Sending video with WhatsApp recipient only sees 15 seconds?

WPCentral Question

When I attach an existing video to a WhatsApp message, the process shows success. But, the recipient is receiving only 15 seconds video. I have taken windows update and reinstalled the WhatsApp as well. But the problem still persists. Can somebody please help?
