Why does Device Hub not connect to the internet on my Lumia?

Hello, I am running a Lumia 1520 with the latest WP8.1. I rescently noticed that the device hub under settings does no longer connect to the internet. I tried restarting, changing from Wi-fi to cell connection but nothing worked. Although I am connected and everything else works device hub won't connect to the internet and so does not show any apps I might use on my bluetooth devices.
Does anybody have the same problem? Or better: does anybody have a solution?

I have the same problem read on a Microsoft site there were at least 20 with the same problem once again Microsoft scratches there heads and says it must be our network?

YES! I have the exact same problem on my Lumia Icon.
Where do we go for tech support on this?
