Lumia 1020 photo's - is this normal to have white spots after taking pictures at night?

When ever I take pictures at night i see white spots on them. Here are few pics take at night:

This is dust that gets reflected when you use flash. It happens in a lot of cameras, specially in DSLRs. It's not at all an unusual problem in photography.

(and if you're one of those that believe in ghosts, these can also be "orbs". Uuhhh scaaaary lol XD)
