The Factory Unlocked 1520.3 (RM-938) accepts any SIM and will work on ST with either the AT&T compatible or T-Mo compatible SIM that Straight Talk offers. Since there is no carrier push for updates, your 1520.3 will update OTA even on an mvno service.

B&H Photo website usually has the best prices on 1520.3.

Also, unlike the AT&T version, 1520.3 comes standard with 32GB internal memory (only one black AT&T model has that - all others being 16GB) and the 1520.3 has built in Qi wireless charging (all AT&T models require a special jacket be put on and use the Power Mat style charger)...
