Why can't I download Realplayer cloud to my Lumia 620?

why cant i download realplayer cloud to my lumia 620

I get a message saying I need Windows 8.1. however I am using 8.1 already.

Because it's Windows 8.1 not Windows Phone 8.1.

There is no Windows Phone app.
