Why can't I download Lumia Camera on L830?

I bought my Lumia 830 yesterday. It came preloaded with Nokia Camera, but it didn't update to Lumia Camera. I deleted the app from the phone and then searched the store for Lumia Camera, but I can't find it (and I can't find Nokia Camera as well). I can only find the Lumia Camera Classic. Weirdly, my old L820 can download Lumia Camera.

Even downloading the xap from the store and then trying to install locally won't work. Any ideas? I'm trying to avoid hard resets.
