Is there an app to play ur music,pandora, xbox, whatever, thru a radio station?

My friend has an iPhone and she has the app to play her Pandora in my car thru a radio station. My car is an economy package without a jack or USB to connect my phone to the radio help I don't care if its free or not

Your phone cannot do this because it would need to have an FM transmitter built into it. However, the iPhone doesn't have an FM transmitter either. Your friend almost certainly had a small FM transmitter plugged into the iphone to transmit audio.
