Advice for a decent phone bike holder?

I've got Xbox Music working how I want it.
I've got MapMyRun working how I need it.

However, can anyone suggest a good waterproof phone holder for a bike (push-bike)?
My mobile is a Lumia 820, though would like to upgrade that when I find a new Lumia I like, maybe the 1030(if it happens)?

Have looked on Amazon, most seem to have a light plastic cover and merely suggest its water resistant!

Maybe someone has a brand they already use, any suggestions would be great!
