Why can't I edit the ip address in Nokia Lumia 630 dual SIM?

To connect to a wi fi net work, i need to edit ip address, DNS server no, etc. But there is no edit option in the handset which is Nokia Lumia 630, Dual sim, Windows phone.
hence the phone connects to the network, with out internet access.

You cannot change the network settings. You will have to set the router to DHCP mode for it issue the IP address for your device.
