My app studio app's source code is 'unsupported' on Visual Studio

hi,
I have created a Universal windows app with the online app studio, and i want to edit it further, so i have downloaded and installed several versions of Visual Studio, but they all claim that my app's source code is unsupported. the only one that kind of works is Blend, but it shows the wrong information and is not usable. does anyone have any idea on how i can resolve it? third party software? download extra tools? thanks in advanced.
