Not available feature in updates

I am using Nokia Lumia 620 preview for developers , windows phone 8.1
OS version- 8.10.12393.890 with Lumia cyan.. In India.
but this OS version I can't receive some features ex- app corners , cortana alpha in India and live folders etc..
please help how receive this features?

Check for OS updates again, currently in 8.10.14192.280 on DP.

Before that ensure that DP is enabled.

If you're already enabled in the preview program you're not running the latest update. In order to get those features update your phone to the latest OS update and you should get all the features

That "Critical update" is just a test to try the updates system, not really critical, if i remember correctly it would install automatically after a date i can't recall... Anyways, That update should contain all those features you say are missing right now, and is the latest all of us got.

Just to be clear, i got the folders and app corner in a earlier update as most of us did, but maybe you mistakenly skipped them or just recently signed up to the DP program.
