Due the new constructions of the screen is almost impossible to take apart the digitizer without damaging the LCD, so my advice is you to get the LCD plus the digitizer and replace it.

Bigger the gap between the glass and the display, worse is the visibility in bright light (due to reflections), so all clear black displays have both components fused together very closely.

There are shops who have specialized equipment to separate the glass from the display, but they generally tell you there's no guarantee that the display won't break. Also, the end result is not very good.

Accept the loss and get a new display directly from Nokia
