[L925] Keeps pausing music randomly?

[Windows Central Question]

A couple of days after the most recent update Lumia Cyan, i was listening to my music and then my music paused randomly by itself. I thought this was a one off but it keeps happening and it's really annoying! I've tried a soft reset but it didn't work my music still pauses randomly and says "media and apps" on my notification bar, even though my head phones are plugged in. what should I do?

This same problem keeps happening to mw too! I have no idea what it is... It just pauses my music and it say Media+apps or Ringer+Notifications
