My Nokia Lumia 625 died, is unresponsive, help!.
I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 625 which has been working perfectly up until this afternoon when it just turned itself off, became unresponsive and now won't turn on again or do anything else. I can't reset the phone either because the battery is built in and it was nearly fully charged. I have only had this phone for less than 3 months, I previously had a Nokia Lumia 520 which did exactly the same thing but could not be repaired. I did hesitate when buying my new phone for this reason, it is on an 18 month guarantee, but I really don't want to keep having to have it sent off every time it needs resetting any advice on how to reset the phone myself would help but as it has a built in battery I don't see how I can.
