Anybody having trouble with Windows Live Mail?

Now that this forum is all about Windows and not just phones, I thought this would be o.k. to ask. Twice in the last month when trying to receive mail with Windows Live Mail 2011, I have been getting Error Code 0X800488EB. I believe the problem is on the Microsoft server side. Anybody having trouble or know how to report this?

This is me repeating myself but 90% of Microsoft errors in Mail are time date related, check to see if your time and date settings are in order.
