Windows Cortana 8.1 update crashed my AT&T Lumia 1520 phone.

AT&T Windows Lumia 1520 phone. Updated Cortana 8.1. Phone crashed. Only showing blue screen. AT&T will not replace. AT&T states it is a Windows software problem, not a phone problem. What do I do?

I have no idea what your problem is but nothing can't be fixed with Nokia software recovery

For the future Its either a Nokia Lumia 1520 OR a Lumia1520 and the update name is WP8.1 or Cyan.

Ya just do a software recovery as mentioned above. No need to return it.
