On my Lumia 1020 I have observed some black spots on my screen, how can I fix this?

hi everyone.im using lumia 1020 and recently i have observed some black spots on my screen.

These spots are quiet prominent in a black background whereas they disappear when the background is changed to anyother color..how can i fix it .its so embarrassing.

Its your pixels that are damaged from what you are saying.

Some people will say try a pixel video from youtube (will flash colours for a length of time) but I don't really think they work.

Only real fix would be to send I for fixing!
