Shape up xbox one game fails to start

Has anyone found that they cannot get this game to start? It just freezes at the ubisoft logo. I have rebooted machine & even uninstalled (which meant downloading over 7 Gb again ) I have tried changing to USA region from new Zealand but no good.

Me too. After downloading it crush. Today I'm going to change cd with the hope that the problem is inside the cd...and not into Xbox or worst into the downloading!!! I'm italian and I don't found anyone that explain the same error, you are The first!

I had the same problem untill I found this solution. Go into your profile and change your gamer pic then try loading the game. For some reason this worked for me and hopefully it will help you as well.

I went to the shape up facebook page and got the reply to remove my profile by going to settings then scroll to right to remove accounts. Do that then just log back in and it worked.

I changed my pic and got farther into the game but it still froze. I sent ubisoft a message about this error. Cant take the game back because its open so they better make this right.

Try removing your profile first then login again to xbox then play the game

Download version currently playable offline only for the profile that purchased it. When online, it crashes at the game's main menu, or after a couple of challenges. The ingame link to the Shape Up Coach website service is broken. It just leads me to the XBox Store. I made the mistake of buying the 3 month sub for the service when the website won't even let me log in or sync with my game. Been working with Xbox Support and Shape Up Support for the past several days and Xbox has given up and pointed me to Shape Up Support, while Shape Up Support keeps on telling me that they've fixed the issue already. The game is still crashing, and I still can't log in or sync with their $30 Coach addon. Only way I can play this is with my profile offline. I've already tried deleting my save data to start fresh, still crashes when online.

I'll update this review if they fix these issues. >.
