HBS-730 BT Headset cant Launch Cortana on Lumia Icon w/ WP 8.1 DP
So, I got a HBS-730 BT headset for work and started testing out this week. Everything works fine, I can answer calls, control music, etc. When I get texts she asks me if I would like her to read them. She also responds when I launch her from my phone (long press the search button). The only thing that doesn't work is launching Cortana from the BT headset. I have read on other threads that others have been able launch her by long-pressing the call button using the same model headset. This does not work for me.
I have tried deleting Cortana's data and turning her off then on.
I have also done both, a soft and hard reset.
Anyone have any suggestions?
