Lumia 920 battery drain

Hi everyone

My Lumia 920 is suddenly having some battery issues and I have no clue what the problem is...my phone doesn't last more than 5 hrs on a single charge...I thought this might be a one time issue bcoz this happened before too...but now I have to charge it every 5 hrs and its really frustrating...any help would be appreciated.

I am also facing the same problem with my Lumia 620.Tried soft/hard reset but no luck.

I did check the background apps...didnt make a difference

Battery drain is a leading symptom under Preview for Developers. Wait for the next update and hope it fixes the issue or revert to the official release. P4D lacks firmware specific to your device and can be slightly to highly inefficient.

​If you had a battery door I would suggest a new battery just to check and see if the current one was defective/worn out. As the 920 has a non-removable battery, it probably is not worth the bother of opening the case.
