Capacitive button's backlight not turning off even in battery saver mode

Recently I noticed my capacitive buttons aka navigational keys on my 1020 are not turning off even when I activate battery saver.

It was working before but now I dunno.
Maybe because of the latest build update?

My brother who has 720 has the same issue too.

The backlight turns off during the day but at night it's annoying especially when watching movies.

Its some bug that has been noticed by many before. My 920 does have this issue as a matter of fact.

There was another thread pertaining to this issue already made and I think there was someone who put up a potential solution there. I'll try to look for it later when I have more time.
