Why isn't my Lumia 630 with 8.1. get the messsage no internet connectivity although other devices connect?

Have Lumia 630 with 8.1. Get msg "no internet connectivity" although other devices connect

This happens despite correct password & on same wi-fi other devices connect and get strong signal.
The same lumia connects well on my home wi-fi without any problem.

Did you turned on proxy or static IP on your mobile?
