My Lumia 928 has died, what should I do?

Lumia 928 Battery Died: Won't Turn Back On

I was on my phone and my phone ran out of battery, I couldn't charge it again until 10 minutes later that I plugged in the charger. when I check my phone, it still hadn't turned on, so I tried the power button and the screen was black, not even the buttons would lit up. I left the phone to charge thinking that maybe the phone is too heated so it'll need more time to charge. 1 hour later it's the same. I tried the charger on another phone and the phone started charging so it's not the charger or outlet. I plugged my phone again and 2 hours later it still hadn't turned on but the buttons keep flashing .

Lol I have this on my 925... I ordered a backup battery, because everything else has failed... However in your case try the following combo: vol up, down, power and vol down button (while the phone is charging)..

If that doesn't work then you should consider downloading the nokia software updater tool.. Hopefully it will pick up your phone and then you can reinstal wp8.. Keep in mind this will erase all data
