Download music from my PC to WP 8.1?

[Windows Central Question]

I own a metric ton of music and it is mostly on the hard drive of my PC. Is there a good app for use on the PC that will link me to WP 8.1 so I can manage downloads? The stuff I want to move is DRM-free.

Windows Media Player, the Windows Phone desktop app, Media Monkey, Rhapsody... Anything that can read your phone's music library.

Just plug your phone into the PC via USB and copy and paste is one option, that's how I do it.

While I agree with both member, this is the way most of us do it lol.. Since there isn't any automatic syncing between the phone and the pc/laptop I don't bother with any programs
