The only way is to hard reset, which wipes your data and then put in a new Msft Acct during setup.

Instead... Go to the Microsoft Account Log In page from a PC and use the forgot password option. Have the reset sent to your email. Reset the password... Then your phone will tell you your Msft Acct needs attention when you try to sync and it will let you put in the new password.
