Why is my phone not charging as fast as it was before the 14203 update?

When I updated my Samsung S Neo to the 14203 build, it seemed like my battery life decreased significantly and the time it takes to charge is 3 times longer than before. The time it took to charge 2% of my battery took over an hour. I have already performed a soft reset with no luck. Thanks.

I think it disables the snapdragon fast charge firmware-ish thingy which makes you're phone charging faster. Have seen many bloggers which confirmed the same, including me. Looks the same like the DP of 8.1 disabling BT 4.0 which Cyan enabled again.
