How to setup POP mail on my Windows Phone to Fetch Only?

I have a RoadRunner email (which is only compatible with POP, no IMAP). I have it setup on my desktop, where it pulls my emails and deletes them off the server. I never check the webmail, which is why I set it like that and I don't have all the space in the world in my server. I want to set it up on my Windows Phone where it would fetch the emails, but won't delete them once they're deleted off the server. If its not applicable through Settings, is there an app for it? The feature used to be available on my iPhone before my switch.
