Keeps asking me if I changed my Security info on my email?

[Windows Central Question]

So replaced my security info on my emails the other day and now when ever i go to refresh my emails on my phone it asks my if I have replaced my security info on my account... i say yes and then next to carry onto my account. I get a load screen and then it goes straight back round to asking me if i have changed my security info again. It does this on a continuous loop. How do I solve this problem?

What phone model?
What OS version?
What email client (App - the built in one, a 3rd party App, what)?
What email service (Yahoo, Live, Gmail, which)?

Under Settings > email + accounts > hold down on the email account name and when the popup happens select delete

​Then tap "add an account" and add it back in...
