Why isn't it possible to make apps like Superbeam for Windows Phone?

What's the technology behind the Superbeam apps? Why doesn't Windows Phone able to share big files via wifi?
I have used 'Easy Transfer', 'Wifi file sharer' apps. They can send small files but can't send big files (say 700 MB video file).

In my opinion it is quite possible. only few factors need to consider here.

1- easy transfer & wifi file sharer devs are not professional in this department. they only trying to make on wp user demand.
2- there are huge numbers of wifi file sharing apps available on android. but how much are actually famous??? SuperBeam, Xender(flash transfer) n few others.. n all these few apps are made by professionals.
3- these apps still not available on wp which is cross-platform.. n also easy transfer n wifi file sharer apps also not available on other platforms to share files app to app..

but good news is I contacted to both Xender devs as well as SuperBeam devs to port their apps to WP platform.
n only Xender devs replied me as they are considering to port Xender for WP platform n they ll anytime surprise all wp users..
this is very positive feedback from Xender team..
Xender is very famous wifi file sharing app on android which is previously known as Flash Transfer n I think it is very famous than SuperBeam.

Dude ,, there are 3 wifi file transfer app available for windwos phone
